Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During new drops, sales, or peak periods, processing times may be longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship Australia-wide.
International shipping: Not available

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to them.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items marked as pre-order will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless stated otherwise.
